Do you find it difficult to eat your greens? Even though I love vegetables, I’ll be the first to admit that eating them is sometimes easier said than done. Green veggies don’t usually scream “comfort food,” and let’s be honest — it’s comfort food we all crave.

But with these 10 recipes, you don’t have to sacrifice deliciousness in the name of eating healthy! Each recipe is packed with greens — from broccoli and spinach to peas and asparagus — but is also hearty, homey and deeply satisfying. You’ll never eat your greens the same way again!

ASIAN-STYLE PROTEIN POWER BOWLS

Broccoli and peas bring tons of greens + fiber to these Asian-Style Protein Power Bowls. Edamame (also green, obviously) contains a whopping 17 grams of protein per cup. Combine all of this into one dish, and you can understand why “protein power bowl” is an apt name!
