Chili is the ultimate dish for fall—seriously, though, convince me otherwise. I like my chili to be thick, slightly spicy and loaded with a variety of beans and veggies. Whether it’s served in a bowl with cornbread, blanketed by a layer of crunchy corn chips or ladled over a plate of al dente spaghetti (trust me), if chili is involved, you better believe I’m headed to chow down.

This true classic is made all the better with the addition of chunky guacamole and jarred queso (again, trust me).
